What is stress?
Stress is the body's reaction to any change that requires an adjustment or response. Now a days we all getting stress. Due to today's industrial life our daily routine or our life get change. And we get stress of work, studies and any more things which can make us physically unfit. Stress is a normal part of life.

Distress
The type of stress which have negative effect on the body. It is for the long period of time. It has the bad effect on our body. If we fail in something say exam we haves negative felling that lead to Distress.
Eu stress
The positive type of stress is known as the Distress.It is for the short period of time. It has no effect on our body. It generally represented by happiness,and by many more things. If we achieve something say promotion we have the positive felling that happiness lead to Eu stress.
We can decrease stress by managing stress or Stress Management.
Need of Stress Management!
We experience the stress for many things. As all the people experience stress but somewhat it is positive also and negative also and if negative it is important to manage it. The importance to manage stress is to prevent the effect of stress on our life. By managing stress we can break the chain of the excessive stress and prevent it's effect and be happy always, stress free, motivated and be tune. Some stress has been very Devasting effect on our body but by managing we can stay happy and do our work with more vigour. Due to stress we are forgetting ourself our health we did not take our care but it is important to take care to free from stress. On small level it not harmful but if it increases it has many bad effect on our life.
Technique of stress management
The Techniques are as follow:
Deep Breathing
One of the simplest technique of stress management is deep breathing . When we are stressed we should take deep breath it should make us to control our body reaction to the stress.
Muscle Relaxation
It is one of the method to reduce stress. It is easy and convenient technique. It focus on our body. We can reduce stress by relaxing the body muscles.
Going on Vacation
Going on vacation is one of the technique of stress management. We should plan our vacation and spend time with family. During vacation we use to visit at different places it is very useful for reducing stress.
Meditation
We all are familiar with meditation. Meditation plays an important role in human life and also it is the convenient and easy step to reduce the stress. We need to have a peaceful place and should do meditation. We should do it regularly for few minutes daily and by doing it daily make us to reduce our stress.

Taking a Nature Walk
Taking a nature walk make our mood very happy. As it can reduce our stress. It boost our mood and it generate the feeling of happiness in our mind and in our body.
Yoga and Exercise
Yoga and exercise make us to reduce the stress. By doing yoga we cannot only be fit but can manage our stress. Doing it regularly make us to control our stress and stay tune.
