Hello people, In this post we will be talking about one of the pranayama called sheetkrama kapalbhati pranayama. It is a type of kapalbhati pranayama or breathing technique. This pranayama helps to remove your dead skin and clean ypur mucous gland and make your face glow like sun. It is totally opposite to vyutkrama kapalbhati but in technique not in results as  both practices helps to cleans nasal cavity and clean mucous.
The word "sheet" means cool or passive. During this practice you have to take water or warm-salty water but instead of swallowing it you expell it through nose. You should relaxed throughout the practice.
It has ranked at the top of the aurveda. Many maharshi practices this pranayama to clean their throat and pharynx. As it is part of shatkramra or six purificatory practices.
Ausually this pranayama is done in the morning.

How to do sheetkrama kapalbhati pranayama:


1. Take a glass or vessel with warm water. We use warm water as it is convenience or suitable for beginners as it helps to avoid irritation into nasal cavity.

2. Remember one thing this kapalbhati usually is practiced in standing position.

3. Next, twist your tongue means create a medium or channel like thing so, that water passes through it.

4. Now, suck the water through your tongue or sometimes many professional teacher avoid twisting of tongue, but as a beginner i will suggest you should you to twist your tongue.

5.fill the water with mouth.

6. Bend your head slightly downward witha an ease and move your nostrils pointing toward the ground.

7. Try to expell the water through the nose as a begineer i will suggest you that you would be unsuccessful at the beginning but never give up. By regular practicing you will became expert in this practice.

8. Repeat the process till you find the water win the glass get empty.


Tips for begineers:


1. In the beginning you will trying to expell water every second. So, after taking
sufficient from the nostrils you can earn remaining water through mouth and by regular practice you will avoid this things too.

2. You should do regular practices every morning in regular interval of time.

3. At firlstly you should be fear of entering water into lungs. But by practicing you will understand the logic of flowing water through nostrils by the action of gravity.

4. Bend your head at certain or right angle.

5. Don't apply extra efforts to expell water through nostrils.


Practicing this prananyama helps develop the body and mind, yet it is not a substitute for medicine. It is essential to learn and practice yoga under the supervision of a trained yoga instructor.
