Vyutkrama kapalbhati is one of the pranayama or the breathing technique.
In this pranayama water is sucked in through the mouth. It is a good technique to remove sinus related problems and to clean the nasal cavity it is completely opposite to sheetkrama kapalbhati pranayama.
This pranayama is a part of shatkarma or the six purificatory practices of hatha yoga. It cleans the skull from the impuritues and the dust and helps the face to glow. This practice is usually done in the morning after brushing the teeths. And you can also practice this exercise during the night also. This practice is similar to jala neti is sometimes given as a part of neti. This exercise is about expelling system and for this practice you need a bowl or you can use your hands and need saline warm water.
This kapalbhati is same as the Jala Neti. In which water is pourwd into one of the nostrils and simultaneously water is expelled from the mouth but the difference in both of the therapy that jala neti required a pot but this practice not required any kind of pot. Instead the water is such that directly expelled through both nostrils using a vessel or from the palm of the hands and expelled from The mouth.
