Starting of meditation
Place your hand comfortably on your thigh or at anywhere they fall on your thigh you can keep the palm facing up or down it doesn't really matters all we need to do is make sure that we are relaxed so, lets begin.
Steps to perform meditation.
1. Firstly, closed your eyes as I guide you through the rest of your meditation take a deep breath just observing the natural environment for the breaths and all that and tried to heard the sensations in the body and just take it towards the mother earth through all the sit bones or the thighs your breath becames calmer.
2. Your body too becames relaxed now you are all set or ready to began your meditation infront of your closed eyes visualized the stairs and the staircases has path or steps leading to you to up.
3. Walk towards the staircases and one step at a time and remember to keep your body relaxed during your visualising and then slowly turn the knob of the door which lead to the staircase off.
4. Open the door as you going to open the door you will see a beach which could be your favourite place to visit. Beach which could have wonderfull memories that makes you feel relaxed.
5. What do you see infront of you let's imagine this beach as vividly as we can see in all its colours and shades as you look ahead you can see a vast body of ocean or the water. The oceans lies infront of you as you turn around perhaps you can see some trees the edge of the sound may be you can see the leaves of the trees swaying with the breeze you can also smell the saltiness of the water you can perhaps even taste it on your tongue look down at your feet you are standing in soft sand what is the colour of the sand is it yellow or is it white today it could be any colour slowly bent down and grab a handfull of sand feel the texture of the sand gritteness against your palm move the sand in your palm and slowly released the sand from your palm and let is flow with the breeze .
6.Now stand up in your imagination and look ahead slowly and walked towards the ocean what colour is of ocean today perhaps is it green, blue reflecting the sky above it notice as there are any clouds or not if it is what are the colour of them are they pink, white or are they golden watch them towards the oceans as you walked towards the oceans you can see rocks lining the edge notice the shape and colour of the rock then observing the oceans amd all it's vastness you are are able to see the rise and fall of the waves at the surface of the oceans and although there is much movement and fluidity in the water at the surface now watch the rock that you sitting on perhaps you can see little creature setting the around in the crevices although the rock are hard they can see still support so much of life and activity you are watching the edge of the ocean where the water meets the sand. They say that life began at the edge of the land and water just like that allow your imagination to meet its true course and allow your imagination to menifest into it's true creativity stay in this spaced for a few more breaths let's stay here with four breaths and enjoying the scene and beautiful atmosphere and thia is what is a world of your imagination of the entire of your own creation. Let's rest here for two more breaths slowly began walking back towards the door.
The ending: meditation.
Here the sound of the birds. The sounds of the waves hitting the rocks as you are ready to go through the door, open the door and let's walk up the stair and one stairs with one steps at a time slowly watch your feet taking the steps moving up now amd now you are at the top of the staircase take a deep breath amd slowly coming back into your body visualise the walls and the celling of the in the room in which you sit began noticing the sound in the room gently nod your head from shoulder to shoulder then drop your chin towards the chest and lift it up down your head back and front. Taking another deep breath preparing to open your eyeblink.
