So we are going to slightly put a little bit of pressure constrict the walls of the throat in order to create a sound but it's not very stressful so when you are not doing a lot of pressure in a place which makes you feel uncomfortable in your throat it should be a pleasing relaxing sound. When you tried making a sound or while doing and you are feeling a lot of tiredness in your throat that's means you are applying too much of efforts to practice. Steps to practice ujjayi pranayama.
1.Find a comfortable posture and make your spine straight as usual and make sure to keep a positive environment that would help to relax and breath well drink tip of your fore finger and thumb together of your hand. Then take a nice deep breath.
2. When you are going to inhale through your both nostrils and exhale from your mouth as well as your nose you have to start it with 3 breaths.
3. Relaxing the jaw every time while inhale and exhale. So we are going to try and make that sound as your exhale as well as your inhale but now with lips close this time so if it it helps imagine yourself drawing in air through a straw and try now with an ease.
4. Remember we are going to expand the chest as we inhale and draw the Naval towards your spine as we exhale and all this is happening with audible breath so yoour focus will be at your throat now try now for 5 breaths.
5. Relax for a movement see how or what you feel in your area near your throat it should have create a pleasing sound of ocean waves and you should have felt your throat working little bit but no pressure in the throat if you so you are putting too much of efforts to create that sound so you have to you do not repeat that and now try again for 4 to 6 breath with equal inhale and exhale.
5.If you need to take how long does it take you to inhale or how does it long take to exhale and find the right number to equalise your breath because it does happen some time from one to another. Some friction is produced inside your throat and that leads to production of some heat so if you continue this Pranayama 10 to 20 breadth you find yourself claming as heat is present inside your body if you feel a little bit heated or dizzy for any reason stop immediately and lie down for a while still your breath and your body relax is completely so we are going to try this one last time and this time we are going to try this with chinlock Jalandhaar What is means you are going to bring a Chin towards your chest without shaking your shoulders so keep the back straight and contract your chest to expand
and contract as your breath and you are going to do ujjayi pranayam.
